ADU Registration Services
The Office of the Registrar provides registration support to all Abu Dhabi University students on campus.
The Office of the Registrar provides enrollment verification as proof of your current status with Abu Dhabi University. These can be used to renew your visa, health insurance, car insurance, or for an employer’s request etc. As an ADU student, you can receive an enrollment verification letter anytime by making an online request.
A university Identification Card will be provided to all new students after the add and drop period of first registered semester. In the case of the ID being lost, a change of major or college or change of photo, student can apply for a replacement online through Registration Support. Charges apply.
You can request an official transcript from the Office of the Registrar. Official transcripts are a chronological, permanent and complete student educational record. Students who have not settled their financial tuition/fees or other obligations to ADU will not be issued transcripts.
Current students
Target delivery is two (2) working days. However, delays may occur during peak periods up to a maximum of three (3) working days. Withdrawn students: If you have withdrawn, you can make a request by completing the withdrawal clearance form and following the instructions. Target delivery is two (2) working days. Graduates
If you are a graduate you can make a request by email.
You will receive a reply within 24 hours. Target delivery is two (2) working days. However, delays may occur during peak periods up to a maximum of three (3) working days.
You can also request an official transcript is sent to other institutions and/or organization. It can be sent via local or international courier to a designated address. Please provide details of the recipient.
To personally collect your request please present your ADU ID card or alumni ID card. In your absence, your request may be picked up by a representative with an authorization letter and a valid ID card for both parties.
Any transcript unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the date of request will be discarded and void.
