Dr. Mariam Hamad Al Dhaheri is an accomplished business strategist and operations professional. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management from Abu Dhabi University, along with an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking. Her academic credentials reflect a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of strategic and operational dynamics.
Currently, Dr. Mariam serves as the Associate Director of Operations and Process Improvements within the Market Development Sector at Abu Dhabi Global Market. In this role, she directs key initiatives in operational efficiency, reporting enhancements, and stakeholder engagement. Her strategic oversight has led to the creation of timely decision-making platforms and the streamlining of internal processes.
In her previous role at ADNOC’s Group Finance and Investment Directorate, Dr. Mariam played a key role in group-wide transformation strategies, particularly in talent management and organizational restructuring initiatives. She led the execution of programs aimed at elevating the professional development of UAE nationals and collaborated with stakeholders to establish unified organizational structures across the Group, thereby enhancing operational alignment. Her work in developing the F&I Manpower Dashboard has been instrumental in achieving the People Pillar KPIs for consecutive years.
