Dr. Oumelkheir Mazouz El Kheir is a seasoned humanitarian strategist and senior advisor with over 25 years of experience leading impactful relief and development projects worldwide across disaster and conflict zones. Currently an Executive Board Member of the Sheikha Fatima Fund for Women Refugees, Dr. Mazouz is a trusted expert in designing sustainable humanitarian initiatives for NGOs globally, focusing on empowering vulnerable populations. Her work spans regions including MENA, Asia, the USA, Europe, and Africa.
In addition to her roles as a board member of the AMAHARO Coalition and Goodwill Ambassador for Grace Conservation under the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC), Dr. Mazouz also serves as a Global Wellness Ambassador for the National Wellness Institute (NWI) in the USA. Her expertise encompasses strategic leadership, project design, advocacy, and fundraising, with a commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
