About the program

The Master of Science in Financial Technology has been designed to provide graduates with the knowledge and skills required to excel in all areas of technology-driven financial services. The program introduces students to digital banking and financial services and the regulatory frameworks required to operate in this exciting sector. Students progress to develop an understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, and financial modeling. Risk, valuation, and cyber security are also explored. A structured data analytics course prepares students to engage in a research thesis in Fintech, which allows students to gain a comprehensive understanding of the depth of the financial technology sector while developing an awareness of the practical implications of Fintech initiatives.
